EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for choosing our store for your pyjama purchase. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your product. However, if you find the need to exchange your pyjamas, please review our exchange policy outlined below:
Eligibility:
Pyjamas must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
The request for an exchange must be made within [7] days from the date of purchase.
Exclusions:
Pyjamas that have been customized or altered according to your specifications cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Due to hygiene reasons, pyjamas in the intimate apparel category such as underwear or lingerie are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team through pyjamaspartyenquiry@gmail.com or whatsapp 0192677746 within the stipulated time frame mentioned in point 1.
Provide your order details, including the order number, purchase date, and a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange.
Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process, providing further instructions and addressing any queries you may have.
Please ensure that the pyjamas are securely packaged for return shipment, using the original packaging.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the product for exchange.
Exchange Options:
Upon receiving the returned pyjamas and verifying their eligibility for exchange, we will offer you the following options:
a. Exchange for a different size or color of the same pyjama style, subject to availability.
Additional Notes:
There will be NO CASH REFUNDS, only EXCHANGE
If the new pyjamas you wish to exchange for are of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
In case the original pyjamas were purchased during a promotional period or sale, the exchange will be processed based on the amount paid after the discount.
We reserve the right to deny an exchange request if the pyjamas do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in point 1.
